Welcome, beloved.

I am an integrative psychotherapist, spiritual mentor, and author based in London. I combine storytelling with guidance and depth-oriented practices to inspire healing and personal growth. My work draws on training as a transpersonal psychotherapist, Reiki master, sound healer, yoga and mindfulness teacher, as well as my experience working as a spiritual mentor and editor on the team for Alana Fairchild. I am currently completing an M.A. in transpersonal psychotherapy and also hold an International Bachelor of Science from the École hôtelière de Lausanne.

The liberation of your soul is important to me. Working integratively and transpersonally, I strongly believe in the value of meeting someone where they are at. I am something of a natural chameleon and a unique quality of mine is mirroring a person back to themselves. This will not always be an easy journey, but what I can say, is that if your personal transformation is important to you, expect there to be magic and an alchemical child born from our union. Often, there cannot be a re-construction without a de-construction, but if you are up for the journey, expect there to be a safe crossing to the other side.

Drawing from my personal and professional journey, I will explore themes of transformation and self-liberation with you, offering psychological insights and spiritual guidance uniquely catered to your individual soul blueprint. We will embark on a journey back to your original self. I strive to identify what the blockages are that are holding you back from embodying your innate potential.

I am a playful jester and divine rebel with many different shades to my inner rainbow, so do expect a lot of laughter, freedom, and joy throughout the process.
